Welcome to my teaching website! This site is designed for my high school art and photo students. I teach Art 1, and 3 levels of photography that utilize both traditional darkroom photography and digital photo techniques. If you are a fellow teacher, I am more than happy to share any of my work. About Mr. Hanson
I started my teaching career in 2009 at Howard High School. I earned my degree in graphic design from York College of Pennsylvania. After graduating I became certified to teach k-12 art. I also have a masters in Art Education from Towson University. In addition to teaching, I have two daughters, do freelance food photography (IG @CulinaryPerspectives &
www.culinaryperspectives.com) and coach lacrosse here at Howard.
